Identified - Over the past few weeks, CoinJar has experienced an immense number of new CoinJar members looking to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. This has generated a great deal of Support enquiries, making it difficult to respond to requests in the usual timely manner.
Although we have our team working to respond to as many Support requests as possible, we're still receiving many new submissions each day. To help ease the congestion, if you have an existing Support request, please avoid raising multiple Support requests for the same issue.

Update - CoinJar Card for United Kingdom customers is currently experiencing an unplanned outage.
Impacted services: * Card transactions will be declined * PIN changes are unavailable * Adding your card to a mobile wallet may not work

CoinJar's card issuer will be undergoing scheduled maintenance between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) on May 30 2024.
This scheduled maintenance affects transaction processing, meaning you may be intermittently unable to use your CoinJar Card, or be unable to use your CoinJar Card at all during the maintenance. Please plan your CoinJar Card use accordingly.
